At The Final Say Co., we offer both instant digital downloads and physical products (such as stationery, prints, and accessories).
Digital Downloads
- Files are available immediately after payment.
- You will receive an instant download link via email.
- No physical product will be shipped.
If you don’t receive your download link, check your spam folder or contact hello@thefinalsayco.com for assistance.
Physical Products
We ship physical products to Singapore and to selected countries in Southeast Asia, Oceania, and North America. Rates and estimated delivery times are below.
Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. The Final Say Co. is run by one person. During travel or leave, or in unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer than this. When that applies, it will be shown at checkout and you will be notified by email after you order. Every order ships with tracking, and we email the tracking link on dispatch.

The exact shipping rate is shown at checkout and charged in Singapore dollars (SGD). Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
We don't currently ship outside the destinations listed above. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we're not shipping there yet.
International orders may attract customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping rate. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Express delivery
An express option is available at checkout for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 1 to 3 business days to North America, 2 to 5 business days to Australia and New Zealand, for an additional charge shown at checkout. Standard shipping remains free to these destinations.
Returns
If you need to return a physical item, see our Return and Refund Policy. For international orders, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Preorders or Custom Orders
Preorder or custom-made items will include estimated production times in the product description. We'll notify you by email when your order ships.
