Refund Policy

We offer both digital downloads and physical products. Your rights differ by product type.
1. Digital Downloads
- All digital items are final sale once the files are downloaded or accessed.
- If a file is corrupted, the link fails, or you receive the wrong file, email hello@thefinalsayco.com with your order number and we’ll replace or re-issue promptly.
- EU/UK buyers: by downloading, you acknowledge your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery of digital content begins.
2. Physical Products
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- To start a return: email hello@thefinalsayco.com with your order number and photos (if damaged/incorrect).
- If approved, we’ll send return instructions (and a label if applicable). Items sent back without prior approval will be refused.
- Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-returnable Items
- Digital downloads, personalised/custom items, and sale items are non-returnable.
- Opened/used stationery cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, place a new order and process a return for the original (if eligible).
EU 14-day Cooling-Off (Physical Goods only)
If shipped into the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return physical goods for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Digital downloads are excluded once accessed.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact hello@thefinalsayco.com.
